A public hearing on the proposed annexation to receive testimony from interested persons will be held before the Planning Commission on July 1, 2025, commencing at 7:00 p.m. and before the Mayor and City Council, City of Blair, Nebraska on July 22, 2025, commencing at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard, at the City Council Chambers, 218 South 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska 68008.
